The New York Comedy Festival is still nearly two months away, but this week announced over 70 new shows to be added to its already impressive lineup.
New additions to the festival lineup include a reunion of the great '90s sketch comedy series The Ben Stiller Show, which included in its cast Ben Stiller, Janeane Garofalo, Bob Odenkirk and Andy Dick, as well as Judd Apatow and David Cross on the writing staff. Denis Leary will also appear for "A Conversation with Denis Leary" in preparation of the release of his upcoming Christmas album, Merry F***in Christmas.
Also new the lineup are Nikki and Sara and Friends (featuring future MTV stars Nikki Glaser and Sara Schaefer), a live recording of the You Made it Weird podcast with Pete Holmes, "Crowd Work with Colin Quinn," Sebastian Maniscalco, Rory Scovel, the Legion of Skanks podcast, Chelsea Peretti, Hannibal Buress, Morgan Murphy and much, much more.
Show already announced for the fest include performances from Patton Oswalt, Jim Gaffigan, Ricky Gervais, Aziz Ansari and others. The New York Comedy Festival runs November 7 - 11; for more information or to purchase tickets, visit the festival's official site.
